The absentminded Osama
One of my not very frequently used possessions is a large laptop bag. Big enough for two laptops and some random other items, or for one laptop, a change of clothes, random chargers and whatnot, and a book.
I do use it sometimes though. Often enough to keep a set of chargers and cables in it permanently.
Once, years ago, I used it for a short train trip. I stuffed my laptop into its compartment and a spare shirt, socks etc. into the second-laptop compartment. A razor, some blades, a toothbrush and toothpaste went into my messy cables-and-chargers compartment, and I expect a book found space somewhere. After the trip I unpacked my laptop, the toothbrush, the toothpaste, the razor, the book (or books?) and laundry.
The fascinating question: How many times since then has that bag gone through a scanner at an airport security checkpoint?
